Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 lbs beef, cut into bite-sized chunks
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 lbs sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 lb carrots, but into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) fire-roasted tomatoes
  • 1 can (15 oz) fire-roasted corn, drained
  • 2 cubes beef boullion
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 bay leaf

Instructions
 

  • Place the beef in the crockpot (not turned on yet) and toss it with the salt, pepper, paprika, and flour until it's evenly coated.
  • Put everything else in the crockpot and stir it.
  • Cover and cook on high for 5--7 hours or on low for 7--9 hours.
  • Remove the bay leaf and serve.
