fire-roasted tomatoes

fire-roasted corn, drained

bay leaf
Instructions
Place the beef in the crockpot (not turned on yet) and toss it with the salt, pepper, paprika, and flour until it's evenly coated.
Put everything else in the crockpot and stir it.
Cover and cook on high for 5--7 hours or on low for 7--9 hours.
Remove the bay leaf and serve.
